My qualification is a five year BACP-accredited Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling from the Minster Centre in London, one of the most respected therapy training colleges in the UK, and an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Middlesex University. I work according to the BACP Ethical Framework.

As a journalist with a specialism in psychology, I carry out podcast interviews with leading psychiatrists, therapists and psychologists for the Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (ACAMH)
