• Training: devising and facilitating training for new volunteers for the association's projects - the LGBTI Education Project and the LGBTI Youth Groups - and the creation of guidelines and toolkits for the volunteers.• Facilitation of non-formal and peer education sessions: devising and facilitating more than 100 awareness-raising sessions on issues of sexual orientation, gender identity and expression and sex characteristics aimed at students in rural and urban areas, healthcare professionals and others. Participation in IPPF's project "Safe from SGBV - Safe from Sex and Gender-Based Violence" by providing input for its toolkit and testing its activities.• Event organization: with the aim of breaking the isolation felt by LGBTI youth, such as National and International LGBTI Youth Summercamps, National Trans Youth Encounters and Youth Group.• Intervention with government entities: about Trans and Intersex rights and needs regarding health services. Providing input for the "LGBTI National Health Strategy", and taking part in its Monitoring Group.• Project management: planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of national and international projects• Grant applications and grant management

• Advisory and contribution: to new content and content updates for guidelines, factsheets and activities for the new edition of the "It's All One Curriculum" toolkit, making sure it is inclusive of LGBTI issues
