I am a senior product manager and am responsible for the development and implementation of an online retrofit assessment tool. I oversee a team of analysts and together we use housing data to provide retrofit advice to social housing providers for carbon and energy reduction.Key projects:• I developed a data cleansing and conversion tool using Python. The code has been adopted by the analyst team and is used daily to process client data in an efficient and consistent way.• I am the project manager of a large government funded project to develop a robust housing model using monitoring data from homes. The work involves liaising with project partners, recruitment of staff, designing specifications and reporting back to BEIS.• I was the project manager at Parity for a 2 year long BEIS funded project to investigate the energy savings of a smart thermostat. I was heavily involved in project work to design the monitoring field trial for 120 properties, and in processing/analysing of large amounts of sensor data.• I led on the modelling aspect the policy report 'A Green Stimulus for Housing report' published by the New Economics Foundation. My main role was to create a dataset from the English Housing Survey and to create a model to explore the effects of various policy interventions.• I have been the key contact for a number of our longest Portfolio clients. I have cleaned and processed many large and messy datasets, as well as presented the results back to them. Through doing this, I have provided extensive assistance to create retrofit strategies to reach targets such as minimum SAP C, zero carbon and SHDF.

My main role was to provide sophisticated recommendations for carbon and energy reduction for social housing stock. This work largely involved cleaning and cloning large and messy datasets. In addition, I would write reports and present to clients.

I was responsible for the set-up, collection and registration of water samples across west Sussex. The samples were collected to ensure a high water quality standard had been achieved by Southern Water. I had to carry out a variety of tests on-site and ensure that I was complying to industry accreditation standards.

I volunteered on a project that involved analysing and mapping annex 1 heathland bird distributions using MS Excel and a bespoke version of Arc Map to document population change. The results of this project will be used to determine conservation goals and to deliver species specific conservation actions.

Working as a volunteer project officer with an ecological consultant company I assisted on bat surveys, Phase 1 habitat surveys, tree surveys, botanical surveys, and a Great Crested Newt rehabilitation project. In addition to field work, I assisted in the office writing reports for clients and undertaking general office tasks.
