As part of the Graduate School's remit to oversee and develop the provision of graduate education and training I now research into researcher development provision across the UK, and support, develop and promote training initiatives for postgraduate students at the University of Kent.

The Graduate School leads and champions the strategic development of provision for graduate education and research at the University of Kent. As Postgraduate Development Coordinator I oversaw skills training programmes for taught and research postgraduates.
