I am fully accountable for ensuring that tasks are performed within the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits. I collaborate with senior officials in developing action plans to improve efficiency, minimise cost, and realise better utilisation of resources. I also define and manage project controls and prepare all project reports as well as maintain key workflow records including risk registers and issue logs. I design and implement strategic frameworks and roadmaps required to meet project goals by delivering measurable benefits and focusing on regional and national objectives. I have enjoyed considerable success in this position by developing successful evidence-based strategies within the project context by utilising statistical data and business analysis skills. I have also established and maintained strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
