About Jo Congo
At MJCA I manage and provide technical input to a wide range of projects undertaking geological, hydrogeological and hydrological investigations for waste management sites, mineral extraction sites and contaminated land projects, assessing environmental impacts, undertaking risk assessments including controlled waters risk assessments, flood risk assessments and human health risk assessments and proposing remediation strategies. I am responsible for the design and implementation of environmental monitoring, site investigation and remedial works. I provide specialist technical input into environmental liability assessments for due diligence work including corporate aquisition/ divestiture . I research, review and apply scientific evidence for a range of geological, hydrogeological and hydrological issues in support of planning applications, development consent order applications, environmental permit applications and inquiry proceedings.
