Communications and social media specialist, working in the healthcare sector for over 10 years. I manage the IOW NHS social platforms, producing and sourcing exciting and informative content which generates tens of thousands of engagements each month. Through my understanding of our communities, our social metrics and latest developments in social media, I am able to work with my colleagues to plan a content timetable that best engages our followers.
