About Joaquim Da Rosa, Mba

I am a result driven Engineer with an extensive oversea experience and love the challenge of solving problems. In my career, I have worked on house ware, home appliances and sports equipment with various levels of complexities. Some projects require design intuition others are more focus in project management. In almost all incidents, I am able to support and sustain a rapid growth agenda with a combination of creative designs and the ability of manage multiple projects. Other than the ability of design and manage projects, one of my core competencies is the ability to work with oversea suppliers from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. While sales and marketing personnel from these countries can communicate fluently in English, most engineers cannot. Due to my language and cultural background, I am able to communicate with the technical team directly improving the efficiency of the projects and minimizing the risk by bridging the gap of the design intent and actual product.I have also worked with team from England, Korea, Japan and Australia and continue to look for opportunities to broaden my horizon.
