Duties include general management of all Runaway productions, most recently the Olivier award-winning ‘Girl from the North Country’ (Old Vic & Noel Coward), plus working with the Producer to creatively develop and provide financial models for new projects and commissions.

Worked closely with the Shoreditch Town Hall team to produce their Philip Ridley season, including an immersive revival of 'The Pitchfork Disney' directed by Jamie Lloyd.

Worked primarily on business plan, strategy, Arts Council reporting and applications during Kiln Theatre's £5.5m capital project.

Worked closely with the Young Vic producing team to transfer ‘A Streetcar Named Desire’ to St Ann’s Warehouse, Brooklyn.

Consultant to the general management and producing team of a twelve-week UK tour of the Olivier Award nominated ‘Into The Hoods’.

Worked with Artistic Director Tamara Harvey to programme the Summer 16 season. Also underwent company restructure, negotiated new house agreement and pay structure and covered for the Artistic Director whilst she was on maternity leave.

Produced the campaign launch of Artists Against TTIP with Carrie Cracknell at the Young Vic. Also produced the launch film featuring Juliet Stevenson, Andrew Scott, Vivienne Westwood, Tobias Menzies and Ruth Wilson. Artists Against TTIP was formed in 2015 to raise public awareness of the trade deal TTIP, that was being negotiated in secret between the EU and US until talks were halted in 2016.

Working with the Artistic Director (AD) and Executive Producer (EP), responsible for realising the strategic plan of the organisation, management of all Donmar productions, supporting AD and EP in establishing artistic programme of work and working with EP to look for and manage opportunities for productions beyond the Donmar. Also responsible for the overall company-wide management of the Donmar’s finances (leading the Finance & General Purposes Committee meetings and delivering financial reports to the Board), HR, property, legal affairs, data collection, IT, green policy, health and safety policies and Charity Commission, Arts Council and Board co-ordination and reporting.

Working with the Artistic Directors in developing and realising the vision of the company; producing the full repertoire of work; taking responsibility for income generation, including taking the lead on external income opportunities, profile and fundraising events and achieving box office targets; promoting Gate productions to the widest possible audience, participating in all senior management duties, including strategic and financial planning and artistic programming; demonstrating accountability to major funders, including the Arts Council; overseeing yearly and production budgets and planning for the future; managing Gate Theatre staff and visiting creative teams.
