I have worked for RADA business now for 5 years, for the civil service (cabinet office), Siemens, Network Rail and many other organisations and individuals. Presence and confidence are mysterious and elusive qualities, but the work we do genuinely empowers people to present their best self, to handle difficult situations and cultures, and to gain awareness and insight into the story we are telling every moment of every conversation. I have created workshops around company and personal impact with KPMG, Fresh-fields, AECUS, IATA, Stephen Lawrence, SAID, and Asfari foundations, using creative, theatrical and powerful experiences to reach those innate talents beyond the technical. What are the personal experiences that brought us to where we are, and make the work important?
