Dealing with a wide range of direct employee and temp worker employee relations situations. Regularly dealing with situations such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, TUPE and migration, flexible working, employee inductions, training and performance management.I am involved with employee engagement across our group companies and also involved with talent management and succession planning projects.Additionally, I am responsible for the company pension scheme, managing the company fleet and ensuring that insurances are up to date. Also providing personal assistant duties for the owner / directors.
