• Reporting to four Geologists in a privately owned Geological Consulting firm, I was responsible for:
• Geological report writing requiring proof reading, editing, importing of Geological data and logs, formatting.
• Organizing invoicing requests.
• Training of new administration employees.
• All reception duties including scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, receiving, directing and relaying telephone calls and fax messages.
• Ordering of office supplies.

• Worked as a Reservations and Customer Sales Agent located in the Calgary Call Centre.
• Successfully completed the training course to be a reservations sales agent.
• Completed various fare construction, selling and ticketing courses.
• Team player – participated in many local team building/charity events.

• I was trained on the Boeing 747 and Boeing 777 aircraft. Routes included India, Africa, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Caribbean, Singapore, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Indonesia, China.
• After 8 years, I held a supervisory position, responsible for fellow crew members and passengers in my cabin.
• Ensured that the corporate values, culture and strategic framework were demonstrated by my team and myself.
• Completed various in-flight assessments and completed reports on junior crew.
• Wrote reports for ground staff at overseas airports to notify of passenger updates and to give handover information.
• Submitted catering orders for onward flights.
