Hi, I’m Jo-e. I am a board certified Holistic Health Coach, Professional Human Design Life Coach, writer, author, speaker, educator and a Self-Care Recovery Coach. My mission is to inspire people to love their way to health. To be w-holistically healthy means that all areas of a person's life are tended to and relatively balanced. Passionate relationships, energized active bodies, inspiring careers, a relationship with nature, service and a strong spiritual connection create a ripple effect of happier, healthier, beings in this world.The inside effects the outside and the outside effects the inside. From micro to macro and macro to micro, I focus on compassionate holding, goal setting, small, sustainable change with quantifiable results. I support the most mundane acts from where to put your supplements and what vessels inspire you to drink more water, to the deeper issues, hidden shadows, unhealed trauma and the origins of our internal motivators. There is no topic too small and often, as Lao Tzu stated, "the journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step." Many of us know what to do, but support and accountability helps us to stop allowing our inner negotiator, who's sole purpose is to keep us safe from some old interpretation of safety, to make the decisions in our lives. We learn to embrace those needs and redefine ourselves as adults, making intelligent decisions from reality, not from the pain of our past, or fear of the future. This is my passion. I walk this road. I am not on a pedestal, I am on the ground right next to you, doing the work with radical self responsibility.
