I am a leadership development specialist working across Australia's agricultural industries.I support individuals, organisations and industries in Australia's rural and agricultural sectors to create and achieve transformational change. This includes;- Facilitating 5 Australian Future Cotton Leader Programs - almost 100 graduates - Facilitating 10 Australian Grain Industry Leadership Programs - 100+ graduates - Coaching of over 300 emerging leaders in agriculture to enhance current and take on future industry leadership roles- Facilitating the first Australian Cotton Industry Strategic Plan - Developing and facilitating mentoring programs for industries eg cotton grains and also for rural women. - Facilitating the formation of the National Rural Women's Coalition for the then Prime Minister and Cabinet- Developing and delivering workplace management programs for Australia's largest privately owned pastoral company - 6 years - Facilitation of a range of forums. Eg Australian National Training Authority - 1000+, LandcareNSW Muster - 250, National Drought Conference - 200 and reporting back.I am the Director of RuralScope Pty Limited and have exposure to opportunities and challenges facing emerging and established decision makers and leaders in Australia's rural and agricultural sectors.
