I am currently managing a team of four who are responsible for ensuring all pricing and product details are correct and maintained in the systems for centralised CE products. The team is accountable for setting up retail, promotional and clearance pricing in Hungary and Poland. We work closely with in country teams and support stores in any quires they have working to strict KPI’s. Within my role I also lead projects and role out innovative ways of working to ensure the team can work efficiently and effectively.Key success within role:• Role out of new clearance tool and process to team, engaging in country clearance managers.• Legal and trusted reporting created for leadership teams.• Introduction of new translation process with an external company.

I was accountable for ensuring all stores in Czech, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary had the correct stock to implement promotional plans successfully.
