• Review Monitor and evaluate quantity take-offs and pricing done by Junior QS for Singapore and Myanmar Tenders (Commercial, Residential and Industrial).• Supervise M&E team and provide the latest information, instruction about respective tenders.• Coordinate with Project and Site Managers to develop bid cost analysis, schedule, and technical advises.• Coordinate with purchase manager and subcons to implement optimal cost for proposal.• Coordinate with builder, main-contractor, sub-contractor for related tender issues, Tender clarification, Tender Query, EOT etc. • Prepare for final submission and follow up with Tender Questionnaire reply.• Review and revise all tendering documents when re-condition.• Managing pre and post contract administration including contract management and cost monitoring together with project team. • Update the monthly tender summary and report to contract manager.• Review the respective specification and taking off the bill of quantity of ACMV services.• Check, estimate and prepare Existing A&A work for ACMV services.• Review and check in Tender documents for provision work, temporary work, existing service dismantling work, etc.• Prepare tender costing including bills of quantities with rates and discuss with Manager for final pricing.• Prepare & submit tender submissions documents STD, SOR, SOM, Deviation, project reference etc., • Meet with respective Equipment suppliers and update the latest products information.• Other duties assigned.
