We help small businesses in a variety of ways, from HR documentation and management to building and delivering a People Strategy which aligns with your organisation’s values and goals. We can step in to provide quick and effective solutions to one-off HR issues, or you can retain us to support your organisation like an outsourced HR department. Our solutions are broad reaching and flexible – offering value for money for businesses that have one employee to hundreds. My experience with a diverse range of small businesses has meant that I understand their challenges and needs. On a personal note health and fitness is my passion outside of work, be that netball, hockey or paddle boarding. I also love a new fitness craze and I’ve just taken up pickleball and I play in a ladies cricket team (albeit I don’t call that sport!) I also love walking with my family and enjoying our lovely local area. Finally I run around after our 14 year old at her various sporting fixtures!
