A dedicated and enthusiastic chartered accountant with experience in various fields of accounting across a range of industries, with expertise in the not for profit sector and with an interest in tourism. I enjoy developing strong business relationships with my clients and am used to liaising across all levels of an organisation and providing practical advice in a friendly manner.In 2023 I joined Berry & Warren as audit director, having worked in the audit sector in East Anglia throughout my career. I qualified as a chartered accountant whilst a corporate services senior at Lovewell Blake in 2003. I then first joined Larking Gowen in 2004 as a senior accountant with responsibility for a small portfolio of clients, ranging from companies requiring audits to accounts and tax returns for sole traders. This then led to a secondment at Norwich Union (Aviva) in 2005 as a financial analyst, providing an excellent insight into how a large corporate operates along with access to senior decision makers within the organisation.Up until 2014 I worked as a senior manager at BDO LLP in Norwich, managing a large portfolio of clients and obtaining a variety of specialism’s including FCA compliance, charities and pension scheme audits. From 2014 until the end of 2022 I worked at Larking Gowen, having responsibility for clients across a range of sectors, including tourism and not for profit.I am now enjoying continuing my career at Berry & Warren.
