Accounts Receivable, Customer Service and Office Administration.Having recently been made redundant after the Nowra Valves and Controls site was closed, I want to change this negative into a positive and put my Accounts Receivable, Customer Service and Sales Assist skills to the test and assist future employers.I have mainly worked in Receivables but have worked alongside the Payables division in the last 13 years. Having worked in a large global company, the experience and training I received will definitely be beneficial to future employers.Any new employment position requires on the job training, so I am sure I can pick up your computer system in a timely manner. My background includes superior customer service levels with both customer and internal/external sales staff, problem solving, sending customer invoices, processing payments, identifying past-due accounts, and resolving billing issues.With a strong foundation in customer account review and collection, my problem solving and interpersonal talents will enable me to excel as your next employee.
