* Lead the Propositions team across the international group to develop and deliver the propositions strategy for the B2B and B2C channels, to enable strategic growth across 10 territories within the UK and EMEA* Create and manage the propositions development strategy, roadmaps, process and budget across multiple initiatives to support business growth across all channels for health insurance, wellbeing services and corporate fitness with a priority focus on growth and ROI* Proactively manage new propositions from concept to launch alongside existing products, service and client/user facing digital solutions to continually refine and improve the market offering and compete capability * Work collaboratively across the business to develop and lead cross-functional key stakeholder teams to enable effective delivery of new growth initiatives * Lead the external market research efforts across the health insurance, fitness, employee benefits and wellbeing sectors to proactively identify and prioritise new development opportunities and transformational change initiatives * Create business cases, commercial models and project scope to support business transformation and growth initiatives * Identify opportunities and create business strategies to broaden sales growth through direct and Intermediary sales channels

* Define, develop and deliver health and wellbeing propositions that deliver sustainable profitable growth within corporate workplaces and consumer distribution channels.* Own the creation and execution of proposition development plans and delivery roadmaps, ensuring associated commercials are tightly managed.* Review the performance of existing and new health and wellbeing propositions, recommending improvements and corrective actions to optimise commercial results.* Develop a comprehensive understanding of current and future customer needs along with emerging health and wellbeing trends within the marketplace to ensure ongoing continuous improvement of existing propositions.* Design, develop and deliver the health and wellbeing content strategy for corporate and end user consumption.
