After an amazing 11 years with CRM I’m excited to be moving onto a new challenge with HFS.

I started in this role with a young company and therefore originated the position of Property Manager. I created both the management and office systems and was responsible for the management of the company’s properties and was the first point of contact for all tenants and landlords. I carried out quarterly inspections personally and developed good working relationships with all tenants and landlords. I established and maintained working relationships with our suppliers and contractors and actively ensured we were achieving the best prices. I also managed a team of individuals who assisted me in all our office duties from referencing to tenancy agreements, safety compliance to accounts and more.
