Whilst, I was employed as the Head of English, between 2006 and 2012, the results improved from 46% to 76% A*-C, with 3LP hitting a high of 86% and 4LP at 54%. I continue to line manage this department and have mentored the current HoD from an NQT. Indeed, I am passionate about growing and nurturing new school leaders and leadership training and development is one of my key leadership roles, within my own academy and also on behalf of the Outwood IE.
