Currently taking that product through re-qualification following obsolescence issues and Customer led changes that have resulted in a full product re-design with minimal impact to the programme.Running an important life extension programme, across multiple sites, with third party involvement, for a MOD Customer product that has exceeded its shelf life. I have overcome significant resource problems to successfully contract amend and deliver the project. As a result, I subsequently secured follow on work. I have managed projects with a number of national and international Customers and suppliers and negotiated technically difficult programmes onto contract, and prosecuted programmes, with stretch timescales.
