Adding new hires to ADP system, Adding or changing insurance, direct deposit/ payroll cards, background checks, E-Verify, Pre-employment verifications, making files for new hires, making sure all employee documents are in file,some accounting, scanning documents, issuing paycards. Anything else that is handed to me that needs to be done.

Collected and set payment arrangements for clients. I file suits,garnishments, and property liens when necessary.

I managed the office soleley in exception of one month when I had an assistant. I opened/closed store, approved loans, filed lawsuits, employment verifications, Ran Accurint to locate people, wsent to bank of mornings to pick up large amount of monies and dropped off at end of day in night deposit, marketing, field calling, reminder calls, collections, made sure all files were in order and up to date for weekly audits, Passed all state audits, kept store clean and presentable for customers, ran check 21, Notary Public

I collected and made payment arrangements on accounts. I also took payments over the phone. I made inbound/outbound calls.
