My key responsibilities are completing quality audits and working together with the branch to improve on audit scores and make corrections across compliance. Working together with the Quality and Compliance Manager to put in place remedial actions to address non- conformities. Assist to raise the overall levels of CQC compliance in the branch network, actively support and manage the improvement of underperforming branches within the network. Responsible for the centralized recruitment function based at Head Office: managing a team of recruitment advisers and administrators who provide a comprehensive service for designated branches to identify suitable applicants and manage the recruitment process from beginning to end; creating targets for my team and ensuring these are met monthly; holding regular business meetings to concentrate on the growth of the company. Before I was promoted as manager I worked in several roles within the company for 6 months such as a receptionist, where I worked at the front of house dealing with clients and calls on a daily basis. I was also an admin assistant and dealt with a variety of tasks within the company.
