I work with arts organisations in the UK and Canada on strategy, communications, planning, fundraising and organisational development with clients including Battersea Arts Centre, Julie's Bicycle, Harrow Arts Centre, Youth Music, RSA and the New Citizenship Project. As part of this work I have:- Raised a total of £12m for various different organisations.

I was the Gatsby Theatre Fellow for the Clore Fellowship programme 2014/15. During this time I:- Completed a placement at Jamie Oliver's Fresh One Productions- Was mentored by Robert Jones of Wolff Olins- Undertook research on the democratisation of culture in Brazil- Became an accredited coach- Completed extensive training in fundraising, planning.

Whilst at Battersea Arts Centre, I led the development of the £13.3m Capital Project; completed and managed a successful bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund of £2.5m; oversaw the development of 4 new websites including the main website and a digital archive; led a rebrand of the organisation from BAC back to Battersea Arts Centre, supporting the development.

Cirque Bijou are a contemporary performance company based in Bristol, UK, specialising in circus and street theatre. This was my first professional role and I started as the company administrator, quickly developing a strategic lead and becoming Company Manager.
