With over six years multi-discipline project management experience, I continue to demonstrate passion in delivering innovative solutions that enable and improve the ability of my colleagues to perform their day to day activities. As a Project Manager with the Department of Corrections NZ, I have had the opportunity to deliver complex projects achieving success across areas focused on infrastructure, processes & people and compliance.I have experience managung multiple projects, utilizing a broad range of disciplines including traditional, agile and a hybrid of both. My finely tuned relationship building strength, combined with my ability to visualise holistic results, supports me in identifying challenges and opportunities that arise in a complex and dynamic environment. I am proud of the positive outcomes my projects will continue to produce for the organization, our frontline staff, the people in our care and for our communities.
