I am responsible for establishing, monitoring and executing project plans. I lead projects that improve the business’ infrastructure and processes, doing this on time, on budget and to the highest of standards. Key projects include:• Leading the branding and communications campaign within EMEA for the implementation of a new global Event Management System. Part of this campaign also included delivering change management to the business in preparation for the launch of the system. • Leading the Communications & Governance taskforce for EMEA Education Solutions. Key focus of the taskforces is to improve current content and channels including making enhancements to SharePoint etc. Working closely and collaboratively with the Communications Team to implement Johnson & Johnson Institute messaging internally and externally.• Project Managing the merging of two teams within Customer Experience & Events Management, and the event management and HCP contracting processes that the teams undertake. Reviewing and analysing the different ways of working to propose and implement a more harmonised, streamlined approach. • Implementation of newly branded course merchandise. Investigating business solutions to create an internal shop with a 3rd party vendor so that the branded materials are accessible to purchase in local markets, ensuring consistency amongst courses. • Created an operating standards document for the team to ensure consistency in the service level that is provided. The standards will be implemented to the team through training sessions.• Led the upgrading of an in-house business tool, so that it is operational for additional business users.

Responsible for project managing an effective set-up process for all EMEA Consultancy Framework Agreements and supporting internal and external customers through the compliance and legal processes associated with the contracting of surgeons, non-clinical specialists and third party suppliers across several business units within DePuy Synthes EMEA. This role is a varied, client-facing role which includes taking responsibility and ownership of business activity, from handling requests from the business to ensuring the appropriate use of Healthcare Professionals’ (HCPs) services. • Managing an effective set up of process for all EMEA Consultancy Framework Agreements, which I have developed to be a more streamlined process that has directly reduced timelines and increased efficiency thus enabling the team to support the Business further.• Ascertaining full justification and alignment with business strategy for contracts.• Delivering a smooth and efficient support service to internal stakeholders worldwide, and the contracted HCPs internationally, to facilitate the use of surgeons at various meetings, training events, visitation centres and ad hoc Consultancy work. • Developing and maintaining SOP guidelines for team members along with training documentation for internal stakeholders on the HCP Liaison role and processes.• Responsible for the day to day team management when the manager is away.• Provide coaching/training to new staff members, as well as on-going continued support to current team members.Project Work• Responsibility for the migration of over 100 contracts for the Business Units that I support, onto a newly approved, companywide, contractual template by a strict and non-negotiable deadline. • Project team member of ‘Project Novo’, a change programme which has been initiated to look at cross collaboration and implementation of positive changes (e.g. more customer centric, efficient, and compliant).
