Integration Project Manager
CurrentI am responsible for establishing, monitoring and executing project plans. I lead projects that improve the business’ infrastructure and processes, doing this on time, on budget and to the highest of standards. Key projects include:• Leading the branding and communications campaign within EMEA for the implementation of a new global Event Management System. Part of this campaign also included delivering change management to the business in preparation for the launch of the system. • Leading the Communications & Governance taskforce for EMEA Education Solutions. Key focus of the taskforces is to improve current content and channels including making enhancements to SharePoint etc. Working closely and collaboratively with the Communications Team to implement Johnson & Johnson Institute messaging internally and externally.• Project Managing the merging of two teams within Customer Experience & Events Management, and the event management and HCP contracting processes that the teams undertake. Reviewing and analysing the different ways of working to propose and implement a more harmonised, streamlined approach. • Implementation of newly branded course merchandise. Investigating business solutions to create an internal shop with a 3rd party vendor so that the branded materials are accessible to purchase in local markets, ensuring consistency amongst courses. • Created an operating standards document for the team to ensure consistency in the service level that is provided. The standards will be implemented to the team through training sessions.• Led the upgrading of an in-house business tool, so that it is operational for additional business users.
