I have 23 years experience in Early Years. I have worked as a Development Officer, Private Nanny, Early Years Day Care professional, youth Worker,Family Spport practitioner and Deputy Centre Manager. I have excellent communication skills and work in a reliable, dedicated manner. I am fully trained as Common Assessment Framework lead proffessional, designated safeguarding lead, triple P Parentinb program lead, Solihull Approach parenting program facilitator, and sunbeams parenting lead.I am trained in breast feeding, childrens sleep, paediatric first aid, child development and wefare rights.I have been acting childens centre manager, and taken kn full responsibilities for day to day management.I have designed and implimented entry and exit monitoring tools for family support, and delivered the core offer for children's centres. I write and deliver bespoke family support packages. I have experience of forming voluntary management committee's and applying for external funding grants.
