Worked for 2 seasons on a chemical-free vegetable farm. I helped with greenhouse management, planting, operating equipment, irrigation, washing, packing, setting up, delivering, and engaging with the public at the local farmer's market.

Guided community members through free Sunday morning yoga classes, both in the local park and virtually. I implemented traditional yoga techniques I learned in Rishikesh (Sattva yoga, 200 hr RYT certification).

Guided students through mindful meditation and restorative yoga classes. In 2019, I trained for my 200 hr RYT certification in Rishikesh, India. During 2019 and 2020, I taught Sattva Yoga to students.

Using manual (non-power) tools, a group of 4-6 of us labored for 50 hours every 5 day week (on hitch) reinforcing trails from erosion, clearing blow-down, and making the trails a structurally sound environment for the hikers.
