Job Accountabilities:- Supporting project evaluation and insights for the bp learning teams across the FS&L & L&C, with a focus on improving performance, demonstrating the impact of talent initiatives & ROI.- Developed positive relationships with partners internally with talent, people analytics and reporting, skills taxonomy team, and S&S to deliver future focused measurement insights- Helping develop data skills across FS&L learning teams to support learning professionals understand and own the impact and value of learning as well as the insights/ analytics across audiences, structures, skills areas, and business priorities including growth engines.- MTM 2.0 embedding and supporting learning professionals’ engagement and effective usage- Collaborating closely with the lead partner in People Analytics to support insights, direction and adoption of wider data analytics ways of working and implementation- Operationalized and own the L&C Reinventing Leadership programme qualitative and quantitative data analysis and act as a single point of contact for L&C operations teams- Reporting and BI for the L&C and FS&L programmes to include offers and the ability to storytell the data for different summary audiences including governance boards, P&C, bpLT etc.

Job Accountabilities: - Portfolio Health (creation and implementation of the APMO data strategy (KPIs and OKRs) to measure the success of the implementation of agile squads & value and benefits of APMO, collecting and collating all data related to APMO portfolio health, analysing and documenting APMO portfolio health findings, communication of insights to the Leadership team and other stakeholders)- Portfolio Management (portfolio backlog prioritization, managing the inflow of new projects, identifying duplicate efforts across teams, wasteful activities, and dependencies between projects within the portfolio, removing portfolio impediments, identifying product delivery success stories, collaborating with Product Owners to decide on resourcing needs)- Risk Management (Identifying, documenting, and mitigating technical, operational, and product delivery risks, establishing and managing risk control methods, implementation of risk mitigation(s) and issue resolution)- Continuous Improvement (Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, collating retrospective feedback from Change Champions, Product Delivery Teams, APMO Manager (FS&L LT) and APMO Team, removing barriers to APMO continuous improvement, measuring success of implemented APMO continuous improvement, analysing impact of implemented continuous improvement initiatives)

- Interim Metrics that Matter Lead – responsible for working with the vendor and the S&S team around the integration between MtM and MyT&L and changes to the systems i.e., introducing skill clusters, revisioning of the courses. Handling any ad-hoc requests from the users: reporting, measurement plans, specific learner survey’s etc.- Data & Analytics (Power BI/Google Analytics)- various assignments including updating the dashboard for LCSS to automate some of the tasks for the team, providing learning compliance/conformance reports to the Norths Sea region, running Google Analytics reports for Biofuels and SRMC Portal- Scrum Master on multiple projects: Skills Taxonomy, Technology Rationalisation, HSSE e-Learn contract renewal and Performance Consulting
