APM: I engage in CAD designing, data entry, and filling in/submitting required applications, such as Electric/Building/Interconnection/Business permits, for the SolarProject. I follow up on the status of permits with the City or AHJ and Utility provider. Scheduling inspections from city inspectors, and updating the project status in the CRM. Additionally, I handle reporting and monitoring of projects, and administrative tasks, and coordinate with other departments regarding project status and deficiencies. I was an all-rounder during my time as an Assistant PM assisting Solar Projects from start to finish.Sales Support / Funding Coordinator: I review Loan Agreements, Solar Contracts, utility bills, and Site Survey documents to approve customers' solar projects to the next stage. Additionally, I assist in welcoming calls for customers, updating the project status in the CRM, and Change Order agreements, and making follow-up calls to both Sales representatives and customers regarding any deficiencies. Monitoring Reports to customers. Coordinating with other departments to check the status of the project and also responsible for addressing concerns through calls, SMS, and emails from both representatives and customers.

Worked as Shipment building / Load tender creator with Convoy for a year. At Convoy, my task was to pull up load tenders and cross-check information. Planning/Scheduling time for pickups to a specific location and delivering or dropoffs to the stores, Updating store hours for pickups and dropoffs by emailing/contacting stores. Updating fuel charges, etc.After Convoy, was then re-profiled for a different account which was BeenVerified as an Email Support for the remaining years with TasksEveryday/Teams.ph. My responsibilities as Email Support include processing account cancellation requests, refund process, opting out information requests, answering inquiries about public data searches, and how it is regularly updated, etc.

I worked as Technical Representative with Box.net for 6 months and was transferred to DocuSign for the rest of the years. Box.net is an online cloud storage and where I had my first experience as Technical Representative assisting customers with their Files saved in the cloud, troubleshooting issues from their Computer to the Cloud and vice versa in order to Sync files, Fixing bugs and backlogs for the app to keep up and running. Working at DocuSign was my second experience as Technical Representative assisting Lawyers, People from Real Estate industry with their documents to have it signed electronically, helping users how the app works and guiding them how easy for them to use it in their daily lives.
