As NRSWA Coordinator i am responsible for assisting the management and administration of Streetworks on behalf of the Main Contractor that involves Monitoring and coordination of road works* Opening and Closing of Notices using bespoke systems whilst ensuring that all aspects of the TMA (Traffic Management Act) are met * Analysing, Reporting and Cancelling defect notices on completed works* Coordinating with Site Management for the scheduling of planned utility works* Responsible for responding to any Section 74 charges that may occur* Regularly liaising with various local authorities* Good knowledge of the New Roads and Streetworks (NRSWA) and the Traffic Management Act (TMA)* Proficient in Microsoft packages and be a good communicatorCoordination of permits/notices on symology. Managing works activities including start/stops/registrations. Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction at all times.•Processing closures (Work stops and registrations) using an internal system and client EToN interface.

My primary function is to provide STATS utility Plant Plans for design and network engineers on the contract which counts for 60% of my working week.I also provide Inspection, maintenance, customer services and Streetworks notices records to aid both clients to successfully defending third party insurance claims. The number of claims can vary depending on the condition of the network and any changes to the climate.
