Jo's holistic therapies including; theraputic massage, Chakra balancing, meditation, past life regression, crystal & colour therapy to support clients well being Jo is a member of the BACP, DBS checked since 2002 & accesses regular training & supervision. Jo offers a holistic, bespoke therapy process incorporating relaxation, meditation & art therapy techniques to address clients spiritual, emotional, cognitive, social and physical needs as part of their therapy process. She has taken a wide range of supporting/managing/supervisory & mentoring roles & worked with 4yrs-70yrs, experiencing a diverse range of issues/constraints supporting clients physical, spiritual, emotional, cognitive & social abilities. Jo delivers training to organisations, is a Reiki Master & Trainer, NLP/Life & Work Coach, Complementary Therapist and studied and offers Art,Crystal & Colour Therapy.Educational Trainer - Jo has worked in further education from 2000 - 2015 delivering childcare & health & social care courses to14yrs up to adults. Her background includes being an NNEB in primary/running daycare businesses/managing private nurseries and developing daycare services & training delivery for City Councils. Jo has worked with young people with severe behavioural challenges in both an educational setting as well as in a children's home. Jo draws on her professional background to deliver training courses in her professional fields and also runs bespoke parenting classes where clients identify a need to understand and support their children.Jo offers Nursery Management Consultations & bespoke CPD.

Jo is a practising Clinical Supervisor for both qualified counsellors and those in training.She has also worked with many private nurseries to help them improve their settings and gain an enhanced OFSTED report - this service is governed by strict confidentiality as many settings do not wish to identify they have requested specialist assistance.She has also delivered bespoke training to nursery staff and managers to ensure they have the understanding and skills to maintain their new and enhanced grade.
