Experienced Project Manager with over 20 years experience working in health, medical, aged care and disability services. I am passionately committed to empowering the consumer voice in all aspect of health and building an evidence-based for community involvement in research. I possess a postgraduate qualification in allied health and have a proven track record of delivering program across a range of health, medical, disability, and aged care services.Skilled in Community Engagement, Quality Improvement, Project Management, Occupational Health, Training Design and Facilitation. I understand the value, principles, and operational requirements of coordinating a project in the healthcare sector and have direct experience working with healthcare systems, clinicians, researchers and community. Through my experience I have developed a strong network among patient advocates, service providers, health clinicians, researchers, and administrators. I am known for my friendly, open communication style and believe the best outcomes come through collaboration and teamwork.I have volunteered as the lived experience volunteer for BeyondBlue on ‘The Way Back Support Service’ data management and evaluation sub-committee (DMESC). I am also committed to furthering my career as I undertake a Master of Health Services Management at Griffith University. My personal interests include a life long interest in holistic health, wellbeing, travel, Yoga and meditation.
