Set up and field-produced a 3-day shoot for Moxie Films. Filming at UNHCR's Global Refugee Forum in Geneva and other locations, with a US-based director and crews.

Coordinator for a team producing human rights films and digital media for partners (NGOs, States, UN and international organisations). Producer on projects. Interviewing and writing. Also responsible for THF's office, partner and donor relations, reporting, strategic planning and communication and training (social media, annual reports, film-making workshops and communication materials).

As PM, worked closely with producer/director Natasha Serlin on the 'Meetings of Minds' documentary, a collaboration between leading European scientists and artists exploring new ways to create greater public understanding of mitosis (cell division). Orchestrating logistics for 10 European film shoots. Location and archive research. The documentary, part of an EU-funded exhibition Lens on Life, toured European cities in 2014/15.

Produced PSI's "Sharp Sense" training DVD and web clips for health care workers at risk of needle-stick injuries in HIV/AIDs-vulnerable regions. Pre-production research, hiring film crew, managing production. Directing voices and postproduction for additional French, Portuguese and German versions.

Co-managed dynamic, 5-person team, producing audiovisual, print and digital media to support ICRC's mandate helping victims of armed conflict. Coaching field and HQ staff on filming and digital media.

Produced over 30 video and multimedia projects including award-winning Women in War series and Panorama – ICRC’s key video presentation used by staff in 80 countries.Led diverse teams of in-house specialists and external film-makers/creatives, shaped editorial direction and messages. Organised filming in armed conflict regions with ICRC operations. Wrote scripts, publicity material, reports and guidelines. Interviewed staff. Developed and managed co-productions with media partners. Films widely broadcast internationally, including Al Jazeera, CNN, BBC and others.

Researched current affairs features on global humanitarian issues and marketed them to broadcasters worldwide.
