Hiring Business Analysts, Co-coordinating the Master Schedule and Development Plan, Visioning the future of the project and communicating with our global partners.

Real Foods are a health food and machinery manufacturer based in Sydney. We were marketing our cutting edge machinery to Quaker Oats in the US as well as launching our Corn Thins product nationally with great success.

Responsibilities /AchievementsThe overall functionality of the state administration area as well as selected national departments. Responsible for approximately 48 staff in areas from billing, credit and collections, document management, dealer support and finance, as well as logistics and distribution.Implementation of a national document management system which ensured all contracts and customer correspondence were electronically available.Initial design of the learning and development project within the company including training needs analysis and ongoing departmental coaching design.Various Change Management Projects - from Departmental closures and restructuring to initiating a culture of participation, collaboration and ownership.Reduced bad debt by $12 Million in two calendar years.Reduced stock losses from $200,000 to $12,000 in one calendar year.; Company Description Real Foods are a leading health food and machinery manufacturer located in St Peters NSW. This includes all the day to day operations and many hands on tasks, including, debtors, creditors, and payroll and production tasks. Preparing and analysing budgets as well as maintaining accurate cash flow.My role continually questions the operations of the business and researches ways of improving the business both procedurally and developmentally. The role required me to write and implement functional procedures and to design and implement our business plan. Assisted with the implementation of our own branded products rather than contract manufacturing. Design and packaging approval. Plan product launches and marketing strategies. AchievementsThe change management of the organisation from a hierarchy to a learning organisation. It was a continual challenge and a joy for me to watch the process of change in people through empowerment and finding their own sense of creativity in the workplace.The installation and implementation of Impact Computer Software. Impact is a total software system with all the accounting modules as well as Manufacturing Software. The design and implementation of company budgets which saved an estimated 15% Gross Profit and ensured managers were accountable for their departments. The application and approval of three government grants totally approximately $100,000.00 for Business Development and Workplace English Language and Literacy.
