During my career I have worked hard to co-create two sustainable organisations, one a jewellery business and in the last eight years a medium sized charity with a £900k annual turnover. After working in the creative and education sector for 15 years I became passionate about the refugee crisis and particularly the plight of separated young people in UK. This interest led my natural strategic and entrepreneurial thinking to co-found a therapeutic supported accommodation for up to fifteen 16-18 year olds asylum seekers and refugees in Sussex.
