Defined and activated business alignment of Haircare's technology tiering strategy, unlocking product ranging scalability whilst reducing shopper journey complexity. Defined and mobilised the future of Haircare customisation. Navigated conflicting stakeholder requirements and end-to-end considerations and defined a robust requirements for implementation at a global scale, across Direct digital and retail channels.Pioneered the Haircare Attachments strategy to drive revenue growth from the existing problematic range.
