- Provide a comprehensive and professional HR Service to HR in Ford Europe supporting the deployment of the HR cycle plan. - Design and delivery of various Engagement related initiatives to improve HR employee satisfaction and engagement.- Lead performance management and compensation planning for Salaried and Management role employees including facilitatation of Related Work Group’s, communications and data verification.- Support restructuring actions including coordination of Special Early Retirement program and redeployment of resources.- Delivery of HR communication strategy. - Provide support to Investigations, disciplines and grievances. - Facilitation of Diversity Forum and associated diversity and inclusion initiatives including Diversity Plaza's - Support change management projects associated with the design and implementation of a new global HR delivery model.
