• Completion of month-end accounts to extremely tight deadlines of several large portfolios. Including: Accounting for events to gross profit  Reconciliation of revenue to Salesforce and costs to trackers prepared by the Business Partners Accounting for overheads, accruing and prepaying as necessary Calculation of provisions – Bad debt, onerous contracts Intercompany transfers and invoicing • Maintaining the fixed asset register including assets under construction• Reporting month-end figures to Business Divisional Heads• Monthly payroll reconciliation between SAP and payroll reports• Staff cost recharges, event platform cost recharges• Assisting Business Partners with forecasting and budgeting• Variance analysis between actuals and forecast/budget• Balance sheet reconciliations – preparation, approval and peer to peer review• External audit - main contact and coordinator for the IM SAP entities• Project work:  Blackline implementation – bedding in and user acceptance testing of the new balance sheet reconciliation software User acceptance testing for SAP 4 hanna implementation from CODA 10 TM1 payroll report design and testing• Upskilling and training of current and new team members• Process improvements to increase efficiency – streamlining month end processes, improving balance sheet reconciliations for easy review• Due diligence on acquisitions
