Apart from the jaw-dropping number of brilliant women I have met, there is now also a stronger sense of acceptance that women are achieving more and want to remain financially independent. As women, we often have a fear of pushing ourselves forward, but it’s worth it. Demystifying the advice process and mentoring ladies to have the knowledge and confidence to take their future plans forwards is my ultimate aim.
