I love the fact I can use the wisdom of my own experiences in my new role. I feel strongly about education and my experience as a teacher helps in the matching process, right school, right candidate. I am dedicated to finding outstanding teachers and support staff, outstanding roles. I am a friendly and positive person who enjoys talking to people and getting to know them, so the recruitment process can be a lot of fun.
