Tasked with delivering St John Ambulance’s mission, I travelled out to remote parts of Western Australia to perform training and assessment of St John Volunteers in Pre-Hospital Emergency Care. Here, I developed and delivered training to volunteers based using effective evaluation and analysis as well as sourcing the internal and external expertise to design and deliver best-in-class training.
