Rotation One - Residential Aged Care | Older Person Mental Health27 November 2023 - 17 March 2024• Redirective and descalation behaviour management of the older person• Therapeutic talk therapy and resident engagement • Supportive & compassionate care while encouraging self care to maintain health• Nutritional support ensuring food and fluid intake are adequate • Monitoring residents for any deterioration and reporting observations to supervising RN• Ongoing integumentary assessments and documentating any changes that require wound management strategiesRotation Two - Rehab Fitzroy Campus18th March 2024 - 21 July 2024 • Post Op care of the amputee incl. ongoing integumentary assessments to monitor surgical wound progress• Oedema management of the amputee• Safe mobilisation of the patient while encouraging independence during recovery• Providing care to the Stroke patient and guiding them towards independence with eating and nutrition, self care, safe limb mobilisation techniques• Monitoring Nasogastric feeds and ensuring adequate nutrition for those with dysphagia and other illnesses affecting oral intake• Administration of blood and blood products and monitoring the patient for any potential adverse effects• Administration of IV fluids and medications• Competent in Venepuncture and monitoring for signs of adverse effects, selecting appropriate venous anatomy and using aseptic technique throughout the processAcute Rotation- Gen Med22nd July 2024 - 1 November 2024- Care of patients presenting with Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Endocrine and Neurologic illness- Administration of IV medications incl. monitoring of the cannulation site- Competency in cannulation- Coordinate tasks to enable smooth discharge- Maintain accurate documentation- Complete venepuncture- Assess path results and drs notes to make changes to patient care as required- Maintain patient journey board with updates regarding patient condition

Supporting the end to end patient experience across Sunshine, Footscray, Joan Kirner Womens and Children's Hospitals.

- Acquire and Develop a portfolio of business partnerships from the Automotive, Logistics, Food and Beverage, Utility and Transport sectors- Prepare a business plan encompassing key strategies to secure events from the aforementioned sectors- Regular client interaction comprising of face to face meetings including and not limited to site inspections of the Crown Complex, onsite and offsite BD meetings as well as prospect calls- Attend industry events to build rapport with suppliers and competitors to ensure I remain a step ahead

- Corporate Account management (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) driving whole hotel sales (Corporate Travel, Events, Restaurant and Spa) - Proactive Business Development with a heavy focus on acquiring new accounts and developing existing accounts in market segments including Embassies, Consultancies as well as the Leisure market and VIP Government Delegations- Targeted and Qualified sales calls with a focus on competitor intelligence as well as analysis of booking trends

- Corporate Account management (local and international) driving whole hotel sales (FIT, Events, Restaurant and Spa) - Field Sales with a focus on acquisition of new accounts, developing and retaining existing accounts in market segments including Oil and Gas, Consultancies, Banking and Finance as well as Government Delegations- Minimum of 5 targeted sales calls per day including onsite guest interaction as well as offsite client meetings- Regular analysis of Market and Global business trends, Emerging Source Markets and Competitor intelligence- Exceeded 2013 performance targets
