This process involved recruiting and training 434 people to run the voting places for the Tauranga Electorate in an orderly and timely fashion. This process was completed over a short time frame and I called it HR on Steroids!This was an end to end process, reviewing job applications, shortlisting, interviewing, testing and assessment of applicants. Letter of Offer and Contracts submitted and filed.This role included the weekly time-sheets entries ensuring accuracy and compliance. I managed a team of five in the height of the activity to assist with the electoral tasks and day to day requirements.Provide support and advice to the Returning Officer – John Ellis. -
