I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Supervisor, and Senior Lecturer for Inspiraology Hypnotherapy Training in Plymouth. I am also a Yoga Teacher and an EFT and Reiki practitioner. I am the Proprietor of The Observatory Practice an award-winning wellbeing centre based in the beautiful and historic city of Plymouth. We offer Clinical Hypnotherapy, as well as a range of complementary therapies. We also offer the prestigious, NCH accredited Inspiraology Hypnotherapy Training Diploma Course at The Observatory Practice. I am an accredited member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the National Board for Modern Psychotherapy (NBMP). I am a member of EFTI, and Yoga Alliance Professionals. I am fully insured and enhanced DBS checked. I offer a professional and positive service, tailored to your personal needs. Therapy sessions are relaxing and pleasant, deeply effective and orientated towards helping you reach your positive goals for the future.
