Held a variety of different HR roles up to and including Employee Relations Manager. Worked within Civil Engineering Directorate, four Operational Tube Lines, and finally in Corporate Employee Relations. Had exposure to dealing with all elements of operational HR incl absence management, grievance, disciplinary, poor performance. Final role included Chairing high level steering group, management secretariat for two cross-company Director led Health & Safety forums with close liaison with rail Trades Unions.
