My goal always, is to have a recommendation or resolution to station issues within 48 hrs.My duties include, but not limited to reviewing cases assigned from Customer Service to Field Service Team. After examining the customer narratives, I perform remote diagnostics using station and server logs and make recommendations based on my assessment of the issue. Other task I perform are providing remote diagnostic and technical assistance to my team of filed service techs, installers as well as building engineers. Other remote task include FW deployment and station commissioning.As a Senior Field Service Tech I perform last minute emergency field service duties for complex escalated issues and TIER 1 clients. Clients include CBRE properties, Greystar, Bozzuto, Cushman & Wakefield, AvalonBay Communities, District Wharf, The Plaza at Coral Gables, 11 11 Naples, Florida, One River North, Denver Colorado, USPS, Kaiser Permanente, and others. I have a good understanding of multi-station Load Management Systems, Near Field Communication technology and UIC Bezel 8 payment system.
