With over 5 years of experience in digital media management, I am a Digital, Analytics & Communications Coordinator at Metanoia Rays, a collective that empowers individuals of all abilities to overcome challenges, clear barriers, and lead fulfilling lives. My role involves managing the website and social media platforms, creating engaging and accessible content, and applying analytics to measure and improve the impact of our digital communications. I also have skills in grant writing and award submissions, which have helped secure funding and recognition for our collective's work.I hold a Master of Studies with Distinction from the University of Newcastle, where I explored the integration of Aboriginal knowledge systems and environmental management in climate change and community management. This academic journey sparked my interest in diversity, inclusivity, and accessibility, which are the core values of my current role and company. I also have a Graduate Certificate in Applied Science (Coastal Management) from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science (Environmental Management) from Deakin University, as well as several certifications in training and safety.
